ORDER
When will my order arrive?
Our advised shipping time is 7-14 business days, circumstances such as holidays and bad weather may affect the shipping time but we always ensure that orders are packed and shipped right away.
How do I change my address?
Our Customer happiness can assist you with this just send is a message with the new address to support@novamode.nz . (Please note that we can no longer make changes once the order has shipped)
How do I check my order status?
Once an order is submitted, a confirmation email will be sent to the email associated with your account. Orders with standard shipping typically take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Weekends and holidays are not business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times.You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel or change the order within 24 hours of ordering. We are not able to make changes or cancellations after your order has been shipped out. Please Contact US immediately after placing your order if you have any concern, we will do our best to assist you.
Why haven’t I received the tracking details yet?
The tracking details for your order will be sent within 2-3 business days, We recommend checking your Spam mail folder as well. :)
SHIPPING AND TRACKING
When will my order ship?
Orders with standard shipping typically take 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped.You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
How can I track my order?
Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email, which includes a link to track your order. You can also check your order status through this link
What if my package was refused?
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary by shipping method used in the original order.
If you choose not to have your order re-delivered, we can refund you the cost of the items, but the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the reimbursement.
My tracking says it was delivered, but I don’t have it?
If you have any issues with receiving your order, please contact us ASAP at CONTACT US with your order number and a brief description of what’s going on so that our Lost Package Investigatory can help you out!
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If you believe that you have received defective merchandise or that we shipped incorrect merchandise, please contact our Customer Happiness team immediately at CONTACT US with your order number and photos of what you received.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for refund to your original form of payment when postmarked within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order

I have a problem with my order, Can you help?
Of course! We aim for 100% customer satisfaction if you have any issue or concern with your order just send us an email through our contact page or to “support email”
It does not fit :( Can I have it exchanged for a bigger/smaller size?
Yes you can :) Just contact our Customer service team and they will be happy to assist you on a size exchange
What is your return address?
The full address will be provided on your return label once your return is approved.
Will I be charged for return shipping?
Yes, at the moment we do not offer free returns therefore any return cost would be at your own expense
